This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. The staff were incredibly kind, especially during my first stay when they assisted my elderly parents. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

comfortable stay but mediocre breakfast
The room had a cozy window seat that added a nice touch. Housekeeping provided clean towels and emptied the trash without us needing to ask. The check-in clerk was pleasant, which made a good first impression.
The breakfast was below expectations.

It was just a great fit for a city break in Kalamazoo with all in all brilliant value for money. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and made my check-in seamless. Try to avoid rooms next to groups of loud teens.

The room was comfy with a lovely window seat, and the staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. However, the breakfast options were quite disappointing, and there was no microwave in my room, which would have been helpful during my stay.

I was impressed by the incredibly clean rooms, and the comfortable atmosphere made navigating the hotel easy for seniors like me. The staff were genuinely caring and attentive, which added to my positive experience at Sleep Inn & Suites.
More variety in the breakfast options would help.

missingWrote a review on 29 Aprbreakfast optionsproximity campusroom maintenance
The breakfast bar offers a decent variety of hot and cold options, keeping everyone well-fed. The location is close enough to Western Michigan University for easy access to campus events.
My room had several issues, like a very slow draining bathroom sink, a bloodstained blanket, and a rocking toilet. There was even a missing remote for the TV, which added to the irritations of the stay. Some rooms have odd messages left behind on mirrors, and the overall cleanliness didn’t meet expectations. If you don’t have a car, the food options seem limited and are a bit of a trek from here.
